Duration: +- 30 minutes

Kdenlive is an easy and powerful video editor for GNU/Linux. Learn all the basics to start editing your videos on GNU/Linux like a pro. This video is divided in two parts, the first 17 minutes are about the basics: install, configure, getting to know the interface and the basic video editing tools. The second part will go through some cool features to improve your workflow including project notes, keyframes, zones, shortcuts and so on. At the very end of the video you can see the final result of the tutorial, not a masterpiece but the concepts of the tutorial are applied to the video edited during the lesson. Enjoy!

If you like you can post the first video you make on Kdenlive as a reply to the tutorial on YouTube or as a comment on this page, I'd enjoy watching it!
